5Kaizen is founded and operated by Chris Moore, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Florida-licensed real estate sales associate (Lic. #SL3389080) affiliated with Momentum Realty in Jacksonville, Florida, practicing since 2014. 5Kaizen is an independent product of Chris Moore and is not owned by, operated by, or endorsed by Momentum Realty. Coaching+ sessions are delivered by Chris Moore based on his experience as a producing agent.
Numbers shown in product mockups on this site (e.g., "3,418 site visits," "42 leads captured," "167 AI conversations") are illustrative product demonstrations, not measurements from a specific client account and not a promise of results. Actual traffic, lead volume, and AI engagement vary enormously by market, agent effort, content quality, and time on platform.
"Loads in less than a blink" and similar statements refer to static-first pages served from Cloudflare's global edge network. Real-world load times vary with the visitor's device, connection, and page content. Uptime depends in part on third-party infrastructure providers and is not guaranteed.
Statements that the AI assistant "answers like you would" describe the intended behavior of an assistant tuned on your provided voice samples, bio, and market content. AI systems make mistakes, can produce inaccurate statements, and require your review. The assistant is configured to capture leads and answer general questions; it is not a licensed professional and does not give licensed real estate advice on your behalf.
